Josephine Garner
Mrs. Josephine Garner was born in West Tennessee near Waverly in Hurricane Mills. Her grandfather operated a very large farm there where Loretta Lynn now lives. After completing her training, she taught school in Waynesboro, TN until the happy day she met her husband to be while visiting an aunt in Franklin. Mrs. Garner is quite active and is an excellent restaurant critic. We enjoy reporting to one another the new places we’ve found. She also enjoys Bible reading even though she must use a magnification machine given to her by her brother, Captain William R. Anderson. He was the skipper of the USS Nautilus and made history in 1958 guiding the sub beneath the North Pole ice cap. A story well worth Google-ing. It is a blessing to me and to my staff to have Mrs. Garner as a patient and as a friend.
