The link between fat and sleep

In a research study conducted at the University of Pennsylvania, it was found that eating fatty foods led to a higher incidence of poor sleep. So, eating right is good for your teeth, good for your sleep, and good for your all-around health. The Washington Post has a good overview of this research.
